I took Xenical about 6 or 7 years ago and it just made me gastrically sick. I basically lost weight because I was too afraid to eat anything because it made me run to the toilet every time I did. I was only on it for a week and lost about 3 kgs but I would strongly advise against it unless they have refined the product over the last few years to remove this side effect.
